The record event was organized by SSMPE Sports and held at Zenas School, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, where hundreds of participants came together in a powerful display of coordination, discipline, and sporting spirit. The synchronized dribbling performance marked an extraordinary moment of collective achievement.

The record attempt was officially conducted, evaluated, verified, and authorized by the World Youth Book of Records, in accordance with prescribed guidelines and verification standards. Officials and representatives associated with the organizing and coordinating bodies were present on-site to witness and validate the attempt.
